1. About
Calios Group operates private business management applications, including Calios OS accessible at calios.de. The Applications are operated by Constantinos Calios and are not offered as a commercial product to the general public.
2. Access
Access is restricted to the operator and explicitly authorized users. Unauthorized access is prohibited. User accounts are created by invitation only.
3. Google API Services
The Applications integrate with Google APIs (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive) to provide core features. By connecting a Google account, the user authorizes the Applications to access and process Google data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Access can be revoked at any time through Google Account permissions. Revoking access disables Google-dependent features but does not affect data stored in Google services.

4. Data ownership
All data entered into the Applications remains the property of the user who created it. The operator does not claim ownership rights over user-generated content. Data imported from third-party services remains subject to those services' terms.
5. Availability
The Applications are provided "as is" without warranty. The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part at any time.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Applications.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is Berlin.
